The governing body of the Association. Its duties include:

• Proposing cultural and scientific activities 
• Evaluating advanced cultural activity proposals submitted by individual members
• Identifying the operational entities responsible for implementing the proposals
• Developing strategies for member recruitment
• Formulating and executing strategies for acquiring sponsors essential for the society’s continuity and for funding projects aligned with its purpose
• Planning marketing and communication activities to promote the society’s initiatives
• Offering informational or professional services beneficial to members
• Approving sponsorships and endorsements 
• Reviewing the society’s financial statements as required by the bylaws
• Determining membership fees
• Deciding on membership applications for Ordinary Members and the appointment of Active Members
• Drafting the Association’s internal regulations
• Deciding on the opening or closure of regional and provincial branches
• Appointing members of the Scientific Committee
